Job Summary
Your primary role is to create and implement paid ad strategies, collaborate internally with our PPC team and ultimately deliver results for our clients. To successfully do so, you must have a healthy obsession with PPC and always be looking to be at the forefront of the industry.
Measurables
Over the first 3 months with us, we need to be certain that you can independently create effective PPC strategies, implement them for our clients and continuously optimise/review the campaigns, whilst maintaining a great relationship with them and keeping them happy!
This can be gauged in the following ways;

 - General feedback/feeling from Repeat management
 
Responsibilities & Duties
- Creating & implementing strategies for Google, Bing and Facebook Ads accounts in order to achieve amazing results
 - Monitoring & continually optimising PPC accounts to ensure KPIs are met
 - Building great relationships with clients
 - Reporting results to clients & Repeat management
 - Balancing & prioritising a client pool whilst keeping loosely within set hours
 - Engaging with internal solutions & processes, such as updating our CRM, Monday.com, with notes & accurately tracking client hours
 - Keeping up to date with the latest PPC & digital news
 - Support with Repeat’s marketing activities
 - Assisting the sales team with proposals & audits

Desired Experience
- Experience managing PPC accounts for multiple websites, preferably in an agency setting
 - Paid search (Google & Bing Ads) experience is required
 - Paid social experience is desirable (training can be provided)
 - Independently created and implemented PPC strategies for multiple websites, from start to ongoing management
 - Delivered substantial improvements to PPC account performance
 - Completed detailed keyword research in a time efficient manner for tens, if not hundreds, of websites
 - Detailed technical knowledge of Google & Microsoft Ads Editor
 - Experience writing high quality copy for adverts
 - Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, especially for creating Google Ad campaigns
 - Completed technical PPC audits in a time efficient manner for tens, if not hundreds, of websites
 - Created PPC proposals and contributed to PPC sales pitches
 - Created quality PPC reports for sending to clients
 - Advanced knowledge and practical experience of Google Analytics
 - Experience of setting up conversion tracking on multiple websites
 - Experience of resolving PPC account and ad disapprovals
 - Experience setting up, managing & optimising product feeds

Salary
The salary range for this position is £27,500 – £35,000
Office Location
Our office is based in Long Eaton, right next to the train station. It’s modern and spacious with breakout areas and has plenty of car parking spaces.
