I’m Devon! I joined Repeat Digital in 2025 and my title is SEO Account Manager.
Essentially, I get to dive into all things SEO, from keyword research and technical audits to content optimisation and reporting, to make sure our clients’ websites perform at their best and reach the right audiences.
Before Repeat, I worked as Content Team Lead, where I managed a team of apprentices, developed content strategies, and made sure everything we produced was optimised for both customers and search engines. That experience gave me a strong foundation in balancing creativity with data driven decision making, which I now bring into my SEO work every day. I’m always excited to learn more and stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO.
Personal hobbies and interests include going shopping, eating out, and getting my 10k steps in every day!

What’s the Most Unusual Job You’ve Ever Had?
Retail. Enough said.
If you had to swap jobs with someone in the company for a week, who would you pick?
It would have to be Sam Rawson, he knows how to make complex things look easy, and seems to have endless motivation. I think it’d be fun (and probably pretty inspiring) to step into his shoes for a week.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Defo a Chinese! I love how you can have a wide variety of dishes. My faves are mushroom chow mein, crispy shredded chilli beef, salt and pepper chicken, and of course, a mountain of prawn crackers to top it all off.
